Water heater is not staying as hot for as long. Water heater is from 2010. Water pressure is 55 psi. Water softener is working. Upon full diagnostic of the water heater, the lower element has gone bad. Due to the age of the water heater, I recommend replacement. A repair is possible but comes with risk of replacing the boiler drain valve or the heater outright if the element cannot be removed or heater drained. Removed old heater and installed new 50 gal 6 yr electric water heater.
