Installed new 20 gallon pressure tank for the well system. Includes a new switch for the pump set to 20-40 psi. Set pressure to 40 due the lower amount of water table within the well. Recommend to increase depth of wall an blow out well casing if any further problems occur. Install new 1†poly and copper pipe for the well system in utility room. No warranty on the old piping underground. Installed a new whole house shutoff valve. Install a new 1†foot valve for the well piping outside in casing. Old foot valve was broken. 1 year warranty on repairs. No warranty on other existing equipment. Found kitchen faucet to be clogged with sludge. Recommend to soak in descaling solution, or replace assembly. Faucet is showering very high hard water build up. No warranty on kitchen faucet.
