Mr McArthur contact spark plumbing in regards to a flush amateur valve leaking in upstairs bathroom. Evaluation found union on stop valve loose and needed reseal and tightening only after multiple attempts to stop leak third attempt and third cleaning verified leak has stopped flushed multiple times. Want to present client options for replacement of these components due to water quality and age of units components are older style and need to be updated with newer versions this would require special order parts to be ordered through manufacture. Slight water damage in pantry below bathroom where toilet is located and was found by homeowners that noticed paddling water on countertop. No other issues at this time.
