Mr showman Contacted Spartan Plumbing Regarding gas leak in around mechanical room with tester identified source of gas leak from 50 gallon gas water heater 2007 unit. Also noticed water around base of water heater and you can hear dripping to the plastic lining in crawlspace below mechanical room. Existing water cannot be repaired and will need replaced. Water pressure was tested at 60 psi at time of service. Main water shut off is multi turn and is in crawl space. Client would like to move forward with a 40 gallon gas water heater with 10 year parts and labor worry free warranty client paid in full via credit card today and is expecting Andrew to return December 8 between 8 and 9 AM scope of work should take about four hours.
