Was called out for a noise in the water heater. We found that there are no issues with the water heater in the basement. We did find that a thermal expansion valve was leaking on the system. We installed an expansion tank in place with a support bracket. We also replace the temperature and pressure relief valve on the water. Pressure for the home was at 65. One-year warranty on repair. No warranty on any other piping for the system that we did not touch and the water heater.
