Tim called us out due to them not have any water for their home. They do have a drilled well and we have determined that the well pump has failed. We checked all the other equipment and they will take is working fine and so is their water softener. We offered them several options for standard pump systems along with variable speed pump systems. They chose to go with option three for a standard pump replacement. We did not replace any other parts of the wells system. The pressure switch was installed by the homeowner and not us. We cannot warranty the pressure switch or anything in the home. We offer to do any repairs around the home such as a toilet that would not fill, a shut off that was leaking, a sink that needed hooked up, and the pressure switch found to be sparking often on when running. We recommend to replace his pressure switch. Rely on the pressure switch that was installed. We will leave the wiring as is in the mechanical room. Your system will be a standard 40-60 system
Spartan plumbing returned today to install side mount brackets for existing dishwasher. Old unit was loose and missing the side brackets ordered from manufacture and today’s date was preferred by client to install these brackets. Evaluation was performed on homes water pressure and water quality before any further evaluation was preformed. Water pressure high at 80 psi. Water hardness level at 8 grains per gallon of hardness which is high chlorine levels found in water at 2.0 found to be high.
