Upon arrival Mary told Nick of a toilet clogged in hall bath. Nick ran other drains to make sure the sewer wasn’t clogged or the drain beyond the toilet. The log was just to the toilet. Nick toilet auger to unclog toilet clogged with paper.
Upon arrival Nick was told of a toilet issue they had from doing a soft open on a new business. Nick asked where the sewer clean out was and was directed to the basement. Nick pulled the clean out cap to find water coming from it. Nick presented option for cable main sewer. Nick found the sewer to be clogged with very few roots and paper pulp. Nick had the water ran to clear out the remaining paper and seen that the line is open and flowing. Clean main sewer from clean out in basement the line is 50 feet and runs the Alley.
Installed new pressure regulator valve. Also installed two new sink traps in upstairs bathroom.
Gave estimates to replace both upstairs bathroom traps and install new pressure regulator valve.
Replaced washing machine boiler drains with new 1/4 turn ball style valves. Added access panel below washer box and also installed two ball valves. Also replaced garage spigot with new 10†frost free hose bib. Tested all for leaks and operation.
Estimate to replace glue trap and dishwasher tailpiece under kitchen sink at 930 N 12 th st. Replaced tailpiece and trap to fix leak. Tested for leaks and operation.
Replacing a customer supplied dishwasher. Remove and dispose of old dishwasher, install customer supplied dishwasher. Checking and testing all electric lines and turning the unit on and running a test run. Dishwasher will be left running once job is completed to make sure the cycle finishes. Check the disposal plug to insure it is removed. No warranty on customer supplied material.
Silicone for tub spout was missing allowing water to seep behind into wall cavity and down onto ceiling of basement. Re-applied silicone to tub spout. No guarantee on work, if issue persists we will return and cut into the ceiling in basement to further address the issue.
Remove both basket strainers and install new stainless steel basket strainers. Replace seals on the plastic fittings. Does not include any new plastic fittings for the drainage underneath. No warranty on the trap. Does not include installing an auto vent for under the sink. 1 year warranty on the basket strainers only. Install new chrome tub spout for the tub/ shower valve. Does not include new connection for the tub spout. Does not include any new trim or a new valve assembly for the tub/ shower. 1 year warranty on the tub spout only. No warranty on gurgling of kitchen sink drain. No warranty on tee for the kitchen sink due to customer declining repair to add a vent for the drain. No warranty on any other plastic fittings underneath. Repaired leak under kitchen sink and installed new tub spout in West Carrollton, OH
Out to replace vent piping. Replaced vent piping. Client had some questions on a washer box.
Customer reset toilet himself. Thinks wax ring was not put on right. When flushes water leaks around base. After pulling toilet tech found wax ring was crooked and also flange was too low. Customer did not want a price to raise flange. Set toilet. Used multiple wax rings. Sealed around toilet. No leaks found. No warranty on toilet due to flange.
