Install 50 gallon AO Smith gcv300 water heater. The new water heater replaced an old Whirlpool that has started to leak from the tank. Since the water heater was installed in the same room as the washer/dryer there is special consideration for water heater maintenance. The link needs to be kept clean from around the bottom of the water heater screen.
Install 40 gallon AO Smith water heater. We replaced a Richmond hot water heater that was leaking from the top of the tank. The new AO Smith has 6 year warranty.
