Yes, we were one of the unlucky ones who experienced an outside pipe break during the "Polar Vortex Event." Woke up to the prettiest ice sculpture in our background ever! Koen Plumbing to the Rescue!! And they were fabulous in getting us repaired and out of the ice sculpture business in good time. Thanks, Koen--and especially a big thanks to John, who nicely wrenched us back to normal!
