Our main replacement was a seamless, outstanding experience. The company John Koen uses to do his excavation did an exemplary job. We lost our water on Sunday, John was able to temporarily patch the damage and turn on our water on Monday, then the excavators excavated Monday afternoon, then the new pipe was laid, and the excavation team finished up Tuesday afternoon.
