This estimate is to rebuild with new stops and diaphragms 1 toilet in the men’s room and 1 in the women’s as well as 1 urinal.
This estimate is to cut into the bathroom wall on the second floor men’s ADA compliant toilet stall in order to install a bathroom shut off. Estimate is based off of visible issues if unforeseen circumstances do arise the client will be contacted and a new estimate may be given. Majestic Plumbing and Electric is not responsible for drywall or tile damage, repair, or replacement. This estimate is also for during regular operating hours during some course of the repair the water will have to be shut off for a number of hours. If you would like for this to be completed over night to avoid interfering with service, please contact our staff and request an overnight quote.
Would be best if this work was done at the same time as the shut off valves as the water to the building will need to be shut off for either repair to be done.

Replace steam/cartridge in prerinse faucet for 3 compartment sink
Currently the mop sink is leaking was unable to remove stems in the mop sink faucet next to the emergency exit we need to be replaced also the single-handed TNS faucet next to the dish pit needs to be replaced the cartridge body is stuck in there
Replace steams in T&S faucet on hand was sink next to the emergency exit 90 day warranty on labor
Men’s restroom second sink needs new p trap assembly and new basket strainer. Rust and corrosion has caused both items to break and leak. Cold supply stop is functioning properly. Replaced all tubular drain pipe and the basket strainer for the sink basin. 2 separate hourly charges one for diagnostic and travel the second for the repairs.
