While the situation was not great, they did a great job . I would recommend.
Allen gave me a quote on 3 leaking faucets and straightening a sink fixture. The straightening of the fixture and 2 leaks was quoted at $175. The showerhead was anywhere between $375 and $650 (not including buying a new fixture if needed and he said might have to rip out sheetrock etc - so that would be a possible $1K plus for a shower head leak). I decided to not have the showerhead leak fixed and do the other three. He then said well now that quote for those three is $225 because we are not doing the showerhead. I responded - wow in 3 minutes the quote has gone up $50? Anyway, I agreed and paid $225. The total amount of time it took to do those jobs was at the most 10 minutes. That means I paid $22.50 per minute. That is totally unacceptable. I have used Majestic Electricians and they were fairly priced and wonderful. Allen, the plumber, was very polite and nice but to have raised a quote $50 because I didn't want to do the showerhead is simply wrong.
Both electricians were very friendly and helpful!!! They did excellent work and I would 100% use them again!
