I have worked with this company a few times now and they have consistently provided excellent service. The first time I used their service there was a problem with the invoice. I was overcharged. I called and spoke with them, a supervisor called me back immediately and he reviewed and refunded the overage immediately. I was impressed because he was willing to acknowledge the mistake and take immediate action to fix it. That impressed me so much that I used their service again. They use booties over their shoes, they keep everything clean and tidy, they are responsive and return calls, they are polite and professional. They are a little on the high end but they leave you confident that the work is done with pride and excellence. Nothing worse then having to call the plumber over and over again for the same issue. I highly recommend Make It Right.
