Jon Michaud, a Master Services technician, came out to my house and determined that that we had chimney swifts in my chimney. Because the birds were not ready to leave, I was charged nothing for that visit. He later returned to install a chimney lid.

These people took the extra step to look at the whole picture to see where our water leak was coming from. They fixed the chimney and even found a problem with the roof during their detailed inspection. Now I can work with the roofers to correct the rest of the issue. I recently moved to Dallas and wanted to convert my fireplace to gas logs. Thankfully my realtor referred me to MastersServices based on a very positive experience she personally had with them when they did work on her gas fireplace. I am pleased and delighted with the work Jon and MastersServices did for me. It was a pleasure working with Jon. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge and the time he gave me to make sure I'd be happy with the logs and how everything would be put together in my firebox. He also did a thorough inspection of my firebox and chimney and explained his findings in easy-to-understand terms. I did some of the work recommended, not because of a hard-sale but because it seemed prudent to do so for structural and safety reasons. Jon also helped me find a plumber to do some work I mentioned to him I needed done. He arranged an appointment for me with Josh from MastersServices. Josh was also a pleasure to deal with an did a great job for me. I'm so glad that Jon spent time working with me and talking with me and that he not only helped with my fireplace, he helped me find a plumber too.
