Chris did outstanding jobs on the 3 times he came out to our home. He replaced the garbage disposal that died and left a mess. He also replaced our hot water heater when we had no hot water. Chris was very pleasant but also professional and very capable in his plumbing jobs. I appreciated the text updates to confirm my appointment and also to let me know that Chris was running late. was preferable to a call as I was actually busy on a separate call. Since my job required a follow up visit, i appreciated that Chris explained what he did and what he needed to come back to do. Was very professional and cleaned up after he finished. Would definitely call you again and recommend to others. Had some bad experiences over the last year with other companies, really appreciate someone doing what they said and finishing the job right.
