Ace and the team at Mike Diamond plumbing did it again! They provided us with top-notch service! Our house was built in 1961 and sits on a concrete slab. The plumbing sits underneath the concrete. Every time we have a problem (and there have been several over the years), it’s an ordeal to have fixed. This year – I guess because we’re home so much because of the pandemic – it’s been especially rough. It wasn’t even 5 months ago that we reached out to Mike Diamond Plumbing to fix a major stoppage in our main bathroom. That’s when I met their star technician, Ricardo (a.k.a. “Ace”). He along with the assistance of another great tech, Rudy, came to save the day. The job required they identify the issue, remove a vanity, cut into the wall, and re-route piping. Needless to say, it was major. They did an awesome job: thorough, clean, and timely. Well, 5 months later, we had another issue. This time, we heard what sounded like water running through pipes, but for the life of us, we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. I reached out to Mike Diamond Plumbing again and was overjoyed to see Ace at my door. Immediately, I felt a sense of relief. Because of Ace’s previous work, I trusted he would solve the problem. Well, it turned out that a pipe had busted underneath the concrete slab and there was a major leak. It was horrible. This time, the issue was related to the kitchen. Ace and team tackled the problem successfully. It required cutting into the floor (and replacing pipe there), cutting into the exterior wall (and replacing pipe there), digging up some the lawn and flower bed, and re-piping…again, major, major work. For assistance, Ace introduced us to another excellent technician, Adam, and brought back equally excellent and experienced technician, Rudy. They worked together for a few days to fix our mess of a problem. Their work was stellar. Ace explained each detail every step of the way. He provided updates and answered the hundreds of questions I had. Like before, they were timely, thorough, reliable, organized and clean. The new piping appeared to have been installed perfectly. In addition, our water flow seemed to have improve. Surprising, they restored the flower bed and lawn to its original condition. You can barely tell that it had been dug up. I was so impressed. From now on, Mike Diamond Plumbing is the only plumbing service that I’ll use. And, Ace, is the only lead technician that I want on any job of mines. Of course, Rudy and Adam are my guys too. Their assistance was invaluable. I can’t thank Ace and team enough. Our major plumbing issues wouldn’t have been resolved as well as they were without Ace’s expertise and the assistance of the guys. I will continue to call Mike Diamond Plumbing (and request Ace) if I experience any future issues. I’ve already recommended them to all my friends. Thanks again for the awesome job!
