My toilet and shower we’re backed up I called Mike Diamond they send out a technician named Eric..He was awesome he explained everything very well,and he took his time and make sure my problem was resolved I am very pleased with his hard work thank you Eric and Mike Diamond I will definitely use you guys if I ever run into more problems
