Ricardo, the amazing Jack of all trades, came and took care of all these plumbing problems, our old house has been having, for years. We kept getting leaks and clogs. He figured out why! He diagnosed the house like a doctor does a patient, and then performed 3 major surgeries in 1 day! He fixed the water line out front, replaced the broken emergency shut off valve, and installed a pressure regulator, to bring down the water pressure, that’s been causing our leaks…it was way, way too high! He had to cut off all the old parts off and weld the new parts on. It’s now brand new & easy to use! He then did an overhaul in the kitchen, on all kinds of crazy connections under the kitchen sink, that were leaking, and had been mickey moused together. Now, it looks like a new car under there, all chrome and streamlined. The electrical outlet under the sink had also stopped working last week, before the leak, so we hadn’t been able to use the garbage disposal. I told him I needed to call an electrician next, but he said “I’m also an electrician so I’ll take care of that.” He did & I felt like I’d won the lottery! Lol. (He works on furnaces and all that heating stuff too!) He figured out that the dishwasher was hooked up wrong as well, likely the cause of many clogs, so he fixed that too. Next, he replaced the back water line, so more cutting and welding & voila, now we can use the backyard water hose again! Everything is perfect! He did an awesome job! He has a strong work ethic. He wanted to figure it out for us, so that it doesn’t keep happening. He was very professional, super friendly, respectful, and down to earth! We are having him come back again to look at the bedroom shower and a few other things that have been out of use for a while because of leaking. It’s great that my family has finally found someone that we can trust!
