The plumber was knowledgeable and professional. It did take over an hour to just tighten a goose neck kitchen faucet. He was very up front about the total price and I agreed to it before he started. But, I found the pricing very different then previous experiences with plumbers. Namely the fee for coming out and quoting is usually deducted from the cost of service if the work is done immediately. Not the case here, it was added to the service fee. There was a $20 FSC fee, whatever that is. Also there was a $20 fee for insurance. All total it came to over $300 to just tighten a faucet. I did agree to the price and I did have the option to not have it done. I did appreciate the 10% off the fees. But I did go ahead with the work. It still seems like a lot of money!
