Eric did an awesome job! He diagnosed the problem quickly, did a thorough job, and even explained what he was fixing as he was going so I could understand what was going on. I felt he was very transparent and honest which I really appreciated as I am a first time homeowner and don’t know much about plumbing! I’m very happy with the job he did and will definitely request him in the future!
