While having to call a plumber is not a service homeowners look forward to doing, I can say I was happy with the level of service I received. A clogged kitchen sink effects the whole family. Edgar was able to clear the clog and clean a drain pipe that had never been cleaned. It was more than I expected to do (the power cleaning) but seeing the grease and egg shells and knowing it’s never been done in my 20 years of ownership it was a good and ethical recommendation.
