Out today to perform whole home plumbing inspection. The has 3 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms inside and 1 full in the out building. They have 2 50 galllon natural gas water heaters located in the basement that were installed in 2020. The gas supply lines to these heaters should be replaced as they are run in thin walled copper and not up to code. Additionally, we found 2 two gallon expansion tanks both holding water and not properly secured, we recommend replacing these as soon as possible. The whole home water pressure is 60 pounds per square inch which is within code. We found one hose bib with a small drip in the basement which was corrected by tightening the packing nut.
