The service and technician are good! My issue is that after being given a window of service between 1pm - 5pm, I am called at 4:47pm to say the technician will be late. He go inalterable arrived about 5:25. Thankfully he was apologetic.

Thank you for reaching out. We work hard to maintain our schedule and timing as promised. However, to make sure we take care of all our customers with the utmost integrity and fully resolve their plumbing problems sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. We did contact you to let you know that our schedule wasn't exactly as planned. To make up for this we sent out most experience tech, we waived our $59 diagnostic fee for being 15 min late, and when we got there we found that there the issue wasn't plumbing so we didn't even charge. To improve our services we would love to know what else we could have done to make this a 5 star experience.
