Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. Upon inspection found that the heating side does not fire when called for heat and the domestic is working properly. Contacted Navien ran through some trouble shooting and found it is a wiring issue. Opened relay box and found we were no receiving power from the switch. Began to jiggle some wires and found the power lines coming in were loose and not making contact. Reinstalled power wire to relay box and tightened connections and everything appears to be in working order at this time and there appears to be no leaks. The expansion tank has failed and needs to be replaced along with with two can vents on the radiant heating system line in the closet. Also the Navien does not appear to be heating properly and is taking a long time to heat up recommmend servicing and then installing a water conditioner to see if there is any improvements and then contacting Navien if there is still and issue.
