We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received. The MyGuy technicians, Devin and Nick arrived promptly on time, wearing masks and laying drop clothes all the way to the bathroom to prevent dirtying the floors. They professionally assessed the problem and explained all our options in detail. They gave us a fair price and were honest about the work needed. The flange was intact and they told us that. They could have told us it was broken we would not have known the difference but they were honest. i was so very impressed with the service and professionalism that I wanted to write this review because honesty and quality work should be acknowledged. I highly recommend MyGuy and they will now be my choice for all our plumbing needs.
