Arrived on site customer stated that they had a clogged toilet. Upon inspection found that some had tried to auger it previously and scratched the porcelain. Gave options on repairs and customer would like to try and auger it again sent down auger and was able to push past the blockage and was able to slightly restore flow to where it would drain out but not flush. Pulled toilet and remove toilet paper from trap and reset toilet. Cleaned toilet and tried to remove scratches the best I could. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment
