Arrived on site client stated they had a kitchen sink that they would like for us to install and hose bib is leaking when in use. Upon inspection under the sink I noticed a saddle valve for the ice maker and both hot and cold valves were hard to turn by hand. When I went in the crawlspace to check the hose bib I noticed the hose bib did not have its own shutoff valve and the old well was leaking water so for today I capped the well line. Left options to perform all work and client says he would like to talk with wife and will call back at a later date.
