When my water heater failed I received same day service. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with the current unit took the time to discuss options and answer all my questions. He even gave a basic overview of how everything worked after he installed the new unit. My only concern was that the price was on the high side, but it was worth it to have the issue resolved immediately.
