All of a sudden I had NO water pressure at my house, literally just a trickle. After a phone call, and two unanswered emails to the original well installer, I called Plumb Pro because of their super reviews. Jim came out at 7:45 P.M.! He quickly found the problem (my old well filtration system was shot) and got my water running until the new system could be shipped and installed. He explained and showed me what had failed and thoroughly explained my options. He replaced my old system with a new filter system that includes an ultra violet light sanitizer. Also, I chose to buy the service plan offered. Plumb Pro will not only check the well system and replace the filters for me every 6 months, but will also check the rest of the plumbing. This gives me great peace of mind. Just wonderful service (and no more having to deal with an unresponsive, unprofessional well man). I am so excited about my new "state of the art" system.
