We recently had to have a valve replaced in our bathroom and while Dave, our friendly and competent technician, was here he looked at our water heater and discovered we were very close to the pipe bursting and the bottom of the tank flooding due to corrosion. He came back out the very next morning and installed a new unit. He took the time to explain everything, including writing down how to drain the tank due to our hard water here in Phoenix. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge regarding both repairs. We feel the company price is reasonable and we were extremely impressed at the prompt service. David is certainly an asset to Plumbing Medic. We will be calling them again and as well as referring Plumbing Medic to others.
