Glenn Haege does not exaggerate when he endorses this company. I've used them x2 now, and have found them to be absolutely outstanding. Very professional and straight up pricing -- no surprises at all. None of what another well-known Plymouth company pulls that charges by the hour, to include the time they spend going back to their shop 5 blocks away for parts that you told them they'd need to bring when you scheduled the service! Chad and Zac were very professional for sewer line camera and hydrojetting. I cannot recommend this company enough.

After speaking with your technician in 2011, I was under the impression from the services completed at that time, that the repairs were completed and this was not going to be an issue with any blockage in the future. And after this visit, the technician discovered there were two or three joints at the end causing this issue. My concern is that this may have been caused by jamming the sleeves in from the last repair, as they were hammered into place. Therefore, causing them to crack. Going forward, this section now has to be repaired also and I would hope that you would work with me on the cost of repair as to what has to be completed now. We were very happy with the repairs completed the first time around, techs were great and, In all fairness, I didn't think I would be dealing with this issue again.
