Make sure you check out your side walk and any thing else where they will be working before and after the work is done for damage and note it before they leave. I have a crack that I swear was not there before in the side walk,they said it is a old crack and they are not responsible for it.

10/6/2015...Mr Plummer installed new toilet and fixed water filter plumbing issues. He we very knowledgeable and on time for the appt. Repairs completed much sooner than expected. I understand most plumbing repairs are expensive, relatively speaking.

Things went wrong after Ryan rooted out a ton of roots, and I discovered the problem after he had left. I called him, and he returned as promptly as possible to investigate the cause of the problem. He is knowledgeable and gave me a couple options for fixing it. All is well.

My kitchen sink was plugged. Will explained the problem..too small of a pipe and no pitch on a 30' run. He replaced the pipe in a very efficient manner in a couple hours. The drain works wonderful. Would recommend to anyone who asked about a plumber.

Obviously you would like my opinion, I have recieved 3 emails since I paid for your service. Ok. I really appreciate the timely response to my call. The service was good. The only thing I really don't understand, is that it took less than an hour to complete the task, yet the bill was never reduced. So, If I were to recommend someone about your service, I would, just let them know it will be more than a lawyer or a Dr.'s service. Found a wash cloth, thank you. Took care of the problem real fast. Just killed the pocket and then recommended a cleaning service that wanted my Insurnace to pay for it. Wow.
