I was pleasantly surprised by the service techs, Jim and Chris. They were punctual, polite, clearly responded to my questions and list of repair issues. Jim efficiently identified what was needed, produced an estimate and together took care of all of my needs. Jim impressed me the most by walking me through each completed job to assure me everything operated without any leaks and explained the warranty policy. i was very pleased with the whole service call and i would be happy to recommend Plumbing Professors to my family and friends.
