Spending money to totally rewire a 1927 bungalow is not an exciting prospect but needed to be done. I was SO very fortunate to work with Point Loma Electric and Plumbing -- everything was done professionally, sensitively, and in timely fashion. The only delay incurred was due to scheduling with SDGE! From the moment of my initial contact to the final sign-off, I was able to work with considerate, personable professionals who were truly "worker-bees." The office staff was great (thank you, Harlee) and I want to adopt the technicians - Kennedy, Lalo, Frankie, and Hector as lead personnel and Juan, Aaron, and Magno for jumping in to help finish up on time. I do not hesitate to recommend this company and the wonderful team of professionals whom they employ!

Michael with Point Loma was great. He was super nice and polite. He installed the replacement fan which looks lovely and works great. I wanted to replace my kitchen fixture but the price was an additional $140.00. I thought this too high after I just paid a pretty high price for the fan to be replaced

Cut hot water supply from water heater, reroute hot line from under slab to ceiling approximately 30’ to downstairs bathroom supplying both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms stacked strap new hot supply line.
Replace customer supplied receiver inside ceiling fan No warranty on customer supplied parts Replacing receiver does not guarantee that fan will become operable
Install 6 recessed lights in living room with dimmer Install 4 recessed lights in bedroom 1 with dimmer Install 4 recessed lights in bedroom 2 with dimmer Rough drywall patch included.
Determined kitchen/laundry shared line stoppage. Abs drain. Tubular trap under basin sink in garage was leaking. As a courtesy, reattached drain to stop leak. Clean out for shared drain outside kitchen wall exterior. Accessed and ran snake approx 31ft to blockage. Ran water to test and verified at mainline clean out water was passing through. Mainline clean out, 3” abs, did not have a cap in place. Tested and temporarily restored flow at this time. Line had a lot of sludge debris and lint.
Install new tankless Navien water heater
Convert outside to 2 20amp gfis with weatherproof in use covers.
Estimate for HALO 5 circuit , panel restoration ,sub panel upgrade
