Ricky is a great plumber. I do have some concerns regarding the dispatch personnel. Having a water leak and running out of buckets, rags they didn't inform Rick that there was a urgent problem, until I raise my voice needing a plumber NOW. I even a paid for plumber contact insurance. The call made around 10:30-11 am and the plumber arrived at 4pm. NOT GOOD. Then had to paid service call.
