open up drywall in upstairs apartment in order to reach copper line leaks. PPS would have to open up opening large enough for technician to get in and make repairs. PPS would then shut down water to apartment make repair then turn the water back on.
Pps proposal to hydrojet storm drains and clean out catches for building Z, F and the tennis courts. Pps to bring jetter on-site and fill with water. Pps to open drain grate and clean out catch of all debris and leaves. Put in trash bags and haul away. Pps to hydrojet and camera inspect drain lines. 1285 for initial jetting 295 per additional drop (4 drops total)

repair broken 1-1/2 inch drain line underneath cabinets for kitchen sink. Pps cut out compromised pipe and fittings. Approx 1 and a half feet of pipe replaced and two fittings. Pps complete job with all necessary fittings. Reestablish drain. Test for leaks. All is well at this time

Pride plumbing services to pull toilet and to cut laminate floor out of way and saw cut around flange approximately a 2 foot by 2 foot hole dig down to compromised fittings and cut out compromised fittings. Pps to install all necessary fittings and closet bend 90 and new toilet flange. Pps will fasten flange to floor and test for leaks. Pps will leave wax ring and new supply line for maintenance crew to set toilet after concrete drys. includes rough patch on concrete
cogged toilet, has been snaked by handyman and said there could be a root issue
PPS cut out old gate valve and install new 3/4 ball valve. Installed mip fitting so they can tie in when customer installs new water heater. Turned back on water test for leaks ,no leaks at this time.
PPS came out for clogged toilet ,upon arrival noticed when running tub that toilet was backing up on second floor apartment. Auger toilet and pulled backed toilet paper. Flushed toilet and ran tub to test ,has proper flow.
cut into the fiberglass enclosure and remove the mixet shower valve and install a new Moen posi temp shower valve with new chrome trim.

Estimate to replace 1987 existing water heater. Drain down and remove existing replace new Bradford white RE 40 gallon water heater. Include all code upgrades. Expansion tank. Quarter turn ball valve. New valve and gas line. Also reconnect T&P running to out door.
