Besides the fact this company does great work with state-of-the-art equipment, I was genuinely impressed with Aiden's commitment to the job, and his willingness to dialog with me as the customer to help me truly understand my particular plumping issue, and patiently explore all alternatives to help me pick the best, most cost-efffective solution matching my goals. No hustle or hype, just straight talk from a company that knows what they are doing, and that is committed to providing quality work at a fair price. Plumbing can get expensive quickly; but at least with Pride Plumbing you do not have to worry if you are being lied to, or sold something for the company's needs rather than yours. They were also prompt, friendly, and polite. This is the second time they have done significant work for me, and each time has had a highly satisfactory outcome.

1/2 inch gas line 1 foot coming from 90 leak and and 1/2 inch water line leak
Pps inspection report. Upon inspection and reading report, technician found no issues with hard piping to heater. TPR valve is in good condition, TPR valves are for temperature and pressure relief only and not to be tampered with or exercised, tampering can cause valve to fail. Hard piping has no issues and there are no codes stating a water heater cannot be hard piped. Tampering with piping can cause unrelated issues to arise.

Upon arrival Kenneth states he recently had the septic tank pumped out because it smelled like sewer gas in the home after pumping out the septic tank it still smells like sewer gas in the home and the smell gets worse after he showers he stated some years ago it smelled like sewer in the front entry so a friend suggested he put on Studer vents on the roof vents which I believe now are bad now and should’ve never been put on there anyways. Customer states he has to new toilets that he would like installed PPS TO REMOVE STUDER VENT ON THE ROOF VENT BUT PPS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY CLAY ROOF TILES ARE DAMAGED OR BREAK IN PROCESS After installing both toilets and flush them to test for leaks found toilet in master bathroom to be leaking from an imperfection in the casting of the bowl
