PPS to install customer supplied vanity and faucet in downstairs bathroom. PPS to shut down and drain water to home remove existing multi turn angle stops furnish and install new 1/4 turn angle stops and stainless steel braided supply lines. PPS to cut a square in the left side of the vanity to allow dirty arm to fit underneath vanity. PPS to connect supply lines to faucet and water water to test for leaks and proper drainage

Install new 50 gallon water heater. Remove old heater and install new Bradford white. Upon installation we will install all new code upgrades including expansion tank and pan. After installation we will fill and test. Install new 1” service riser. This includes new shut off and regulator for home with new hose bib. Install then set pressure to 70 psi.
Leak detection. Cut and cap to isolate leak
Provide furnish and installation of new 1 inch gas line from heater to dryers. Includes prep work, opening of walls, and ceilings, clean up. Includes installation of two valves for dryers. Restore gas and text for leaks. Does not include drywall patch work.
