Upon arrival found kitchen line to be backed up. Located outside cleanout on backside of kitchen. Recommended to hydrojet line to ensure a deeper cleaning of grease in pipe as opposed to running our kitchen machine. Ran hydrojet thoroughly the entire length of kitchen line. Inspected line in between usage of our hydrojetter to ensure no grease was left in line, and blockage was clear.
upstairs shower head broke off wall
PPS to pull and reset toilet in upstairs master bathroom, pull toilet set to the side remove existing compromised wax ring inspect and prep toilet flange with wax ring bolts set toilet install new stainless steel braided supply line flush toilet serval times to test for leaks.
Job site to be prepped for clean up. Existing walls/ceilings to be opened for access of new water line hot/cold installation. Existing pipes to be removed and hauled away where applicable. New domestic hot/cold pex water lines to be routed to all existing fixture locations reestablishing water. Lines to be fully insulated throughout home. New Tub/shower valves to be installed and brought to code. New 1/4 turn emergency shut off valves w/ stainless braided risers to the existing fuxtures to be installed. New emergency shut offs on house riser with new regulator to be insulated and wrapped. Water heater to receive new emergency shut off valve, and to be reconnected. Water to be restored and tested for leaks. Areas where applicable drywall amd stucco patch to be completed and made paint ready. Paneling to be taken off is to be reinstalled as well.
