As a business owner myself, I was astounded how quickly I was able to get an appointment—a couple hours after my call the problem was totally fixed (and it wasn’t even an emergency-type issue). Prior to calling Pride Plumbing I saw 2 other plumbers for quotes. First one wasn’t too friendly. Second was rude and can tell wanted to make a buck without assessing the situation. Germaine from Pride Plumbing came in and assessed the situation, was friendly (which is a huge factor for me) and compared to the other 2 plumbers gave a reasonable price. He took his time on doing good professional work and you can tell he took pride in his craft.

Dan was knowledgable and informed me of the potential risks (needing to open the wall) that might occur before performing the job. I appreciated understanding the worst case scenario and the associated costs should this occur. It turned out that the pipe was able to be replaced without complication. Dan checked for gas leaks and cleaned up nicely.

Bryan B was so professional during the initial visit that I requested him when it was time to do the actual repairs. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything while listening to my concerns. He was training a young man who was also very pleasant & professional!
