I called Pride Plumbing Services to have the gas line moved so our kitchen range would slide in properly. The plumber arrived on time and was able to complete the job in less than an hour. He was neat and completed the job perfectly! I will definitely use Pride Plumbing again when needed!!

Great service, unfortunately shower is still leaking. Service man made a great attempt to fix problem but could not without tearing into wall which involves more expense. I also did not receive a receipt from office as promised.

I had a tenant call with an emergency plumbing issue during non-business hours. Trevor responder quickly, arriving at the property about 15 minutes after my phone call. He wasn’t able to fix the issue immediately due to HOA restrictions on turning off water without prior notice to other tenants living in the same building. He did post the notice on all the building’s doors himself and scheduled a time to come back. He came back as promised and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. The price seemed a bit steep to me but the job got done quickly and properly.

PPS to cut off hot and cold water lines underneath home below Roman tub and connect hot and cold 1/2” Pex and stub Pex up through the floor with 1/2” ball valves on hot and cold with new stainless steel braided supply lines connecting to existing Roman tub faucet
PPS to take off supply lines on cold side on kitchen sink faucet, both bathrooms faucets, laundry and remove shower heads flush water out to get rid of sediment
Upon arrival customer states her laundry drains into a sink that’s next to the washing machine, customer would like to have sink removed and have the washing machine go straight into the drain. The home is on a raised foundation and has original galvanized water lines. The wall will need to be opened up to install a recessed washing machine box and run new water lines to box PPS recommends repiping existing galvanized water with new Wirsbo Pex water lines
Upon arrival found floor sink being clogged next to ice machine as well as 3 compartment sink in back.
