The team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I explained the issue and they went to work most efficiently. When finished they cleaned up the area. They then explained what had happened and what they did to solve it. They they gave me several options to avoid this issue in the future. I will definitely use this company again.

Steve Hill is absolutely the best. I had a sewer line backing up. He surveyed the problem and discovered roots entering the main sewer. He cleaned them some with a snake but gave me options for a permanent fix which I chose. A few days later a crew showed up and used a very high pressure device to remove all the roots and then put a liner in the line to form a new and impenetrable barrier for a permanent fix. Pride is a great company and does take pride in their work.

Master bathroom water not coming out the faucets
Shut off water at the meter. Drain down home. Cut out bad regulator and piping. Replace with new ball valve pressure regulator and Hosebib. Completely rebuild service riser. Full warranty on parts and labor. Restore water to home check for leaks. Replaced Moen cartridge
