Dan Lopez and his assistants from Pride Plumbing Service did a great job locating a water leak and a secondary leak. Job repair was done in a timely manner. They had to work through heat, rock hard dirt and major city tree roots.

Jesse Stedman of Pride plumbing is awesome. He repaired my master bath toilet recently. He explained the problem offered me a couple of solutions for the repair. Since I had a quality toilet I decided to have him rebuild the internal parts. He was fast and efficient and most of all kept everything very clean. When he was done you could not tell that he had even been there,, everything was spotless. I liked that I was given the options to repair or replace which saved me over $400.00.

I was texted a picture of Germaine and his arrival time. He was very friendly and addressed my concerns with our Rheem tankless water heater. He quoted me the price for the work to be done. He returned in 30 minutes to do the work and was here for over an hour,during which time he answered more of my questions about the system and how it worked. He also did the same for my wife's concerns. I plan to have Pride do all my servicing in the future and hope we get Germaine again.

100 gal water heater not working wont stay lit may need to fix or replace

Need to return for electrical wires showing on unit we installed
remove connection to city gas meter and cap off. Cap of all existing gas appliances on property. Perform CO2 tests to confirm pressure drop. Perform soap tests on existing gas system
Found a split 2” STREET 45 ABS FITTING connecting to a 3”x2” WYE ABS FITTING. Need to cut section of pipe in order to replace fitting and reconnect with no hub bands.
