I needed a plumber for some leaking faucets at my house. Saw Pride Plumbing's commercial on Spectrum Cable, and never had heard of them before. Checked their reviews and liked what I read. I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house for a quote. Ryan showed up at the time promised and gave me an excellent price on repairing my leaking shower. I liked the price so much that I had him look at the backyard faucet and he gave a great price on that as well. Ryan was very professional and did great work. Service PPS will provide and install new shower valve in hallway bathroom. We will cut out section of tile to gain access to piping in wall. Once piping and existing shower valve is exposed we will cut out and reconfigure piping with new mown shower valve. Upon completion we will test and clean area worked in. We will use repair cover plate to cover access hole.
Shut down water to property. Remove existing hot and cold stems and seats from Pfister shower valve. Install new seats, hot and cold stems and diverter. Install new trim.

Cleared the lavatory sink drain line by removing the p trap to the mainline. Replace the p-trap under your sink which prevents sewer gas from coming back up the drain into your living space.

high density polyethylene pipe ran from water meter to service riser to home. cost includes rebuilding of service riser including new pressure regulator, ball valve shut off, along with new quarter turn ball valve hose bib, and tying into existing irrigation. two holes will be dug, one at the front of home where water enters, and one at water meter. this will allow us to bore new water line under ground. The high density polyethylene pipe we will be installing is a malleable pipe with a lifetime warranty that you will not have to worry about putting underground as opposed to a hard pipe such as galvanized steel. The pressure regulator we will be installing will be hard piped into service riser instead of using shark bite fittings to ensure it’s 5 year life expectancy.
