Ac unit on the roof is creating water puddles on the roof. Condensation line needs to be ran into the condensation line drain . Property manager is aware. Also there is no power to the pumps in the pit located outside. 5 below has been under renovations and property manager mentioned that the general contractor will be heading out to look into the electrical. If the pumps need to be replaced we will be more than happy to come back out and further assist.
Estimate to Turn off water to toilet remove water supply drain toilet to relieve pressure remove hoses and connections to cartridge and remove bad cartridge replaced with new reassemble bladder inside tank reconnect waterline and test work
Replace the local shutoff valve. The local shutoff valve allows you to isolate individual water pipes and stop the water from flowing into those specific pipes.
