Installed backflow for irrigation system. Backflow was stolen. Removed necessary fittings for new backflow to be installed. Shut down water at the meter and remove shut off valves that were existing. Opened both feed sides and relieved water from system. Installed necessary fittings and pipe. Checked for leaks found none present.
Arrived on site and discovered pressure was reduced down to 25-30 psi. Located regulator and found someone had reduced the pressure down drastically. We re adjusted the pressure regulator and tested. Pressure is now 60-65 psi.
Pps called out for a gas line proposal in unit 24921 in Stevenson ranch plaza. (Unit located directly to the right of supercuts.) Upon arrival, Pps performed an investigation of the building and found that no gas meter or gas line running to the unit and that all appliances currently run off of electricity.
