Johathan went above what was required to fix our hot water heater when the manufacturer’s parts didn’t resolve the issue. The repair couldn’t have been handled any better. I’d like to have you as my go to plumbing company, but I’m retired on a fixed income and your prices for changing out a water supply valve under my sink is $250! All that’s required is shutting off house water and three simple connections. So I’m forced to hire handy man or ? I’d sleep better if it was done by Johnathan.

Johanson from pure plumbing company responded my inquiry on water heater pilot assembly installation with fast and honest quote, and showed up very next day even before the appointed slot of time (of cause confirmed with me in advance), knowing that I expected this to be fixed the sooner the better. The job was done very quick and it works -- the water heater produces hot water once again. All the transactions are electronic which is helpful for me to deal with the Rheem's warranty claim process to cover the cost. Definitely would ping him if other related jobs occur.
