Ralph responded to our urgent request regarding a plumbing issue. He was courteous and on time. Ralph quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed regulator, and gave us an estimate to replace it, at reasonable cost. He took the time to both show and explain what he was doing. Ralph was also willing to add in an unscheduled flush of our tankless water heater. Lastly, he took time to educate us about maintaining our equipment properly. In short, Ralph is an exceptional professional.

I felt the cost for what was done was a bit over priced. $300 to remove and reinstall a toilet is way too much, if I had known the price was going to be so much I would have removed the toilet myself and reinstalled when all I truly need was the camera portion of the service. Nothing against the tech he did his job and was quick.

Response time was excellent, service was excellent, but the price was too high. Cost of supplies was at most $300, cost of Labor was probably around $150. So even weighting for overhead, costs were probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $700 or $800. I was charged $1,600 for this job that in my opinion should have been closer to a out $1,000. I like Pure Plumbing and I don't recall feeling overcharged in the past. But I will be getting other estimates in the future.
