Upon arrival to the house customer stated that The gas water heater was not working properly at this time I inspected the water heater and noticed that there was a small leak on the inside of the heater which was causing the pilot light to go out this time I provide it upfront pricing and options for the customer which they chose to replace the 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 gallon gas water heater and at this time the water heater was installed with a new shut off valve to the water heater and a new expansion tank as well at this time the heater is heating properly and the old heater has been removed and will be hauled off by me.
