Pull toilet clear stoppage and then reset with new wax ring flange bolts and supply line With customer approval I auger toilet and when doin so water came up in tub but toilet wouldn’t go down so after talking with customer a second time I pulled toilet and ran sewer machine in and pulled back 3 wash rags and all water went down reset toilet with new wax ring and flange bolts tested and everything is working properly Made home owner aware floor is very soft from water damage and not level so toilet may move a little recommend having floor replaced
